The Work

Build people, not just websites.

Anyone can fix a broken server. The harder, better work is leaving behind people who can fix the next one. Everything we do points that direction.

01 · Code Camp

Twelve weeks that change a career.

Code Camp trains local believers, many of them the first in their family to work in tech, as web developers. Cohorts meet in person three days a week and online for the rest, with a local church hosting the classroom.

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP fundamentals
  • Real projects for real ministries, not to-do list apps
  • Mentorship, devotions, and a weekly “what broke and why” session
  • Job placement with partner ministries and local businesses

A $350 scholarship covers one student’s full cohort, including internet data and lunch.

A Code Camp story
“Before Code Camp I fixed phones at the market. Now I maintain the website and donor system for three children’s homes. My pastor still asks me to fix his phone.” Grace, Cohort 2 graduate

A typical rescue, start to finish

  1. Listen. Find out what the ministry does, then what the tech is actually doing to them.
  2. Audit. Passwords, backups, donor data, websites, and the mystery server under the desk.
  3. Build or migrate onto simple tools they can afford and understand.
  4. Train staff and hand ownership to a local developer, often a Code Camp grad.
  5. Check in quarterly so small problems stay small.
02 · Ministry Tech Rescue

For ministries whose tech is held together with hope.

We work with churches, children’s homes, medical clinics, and translation teams to untangle the systems they depend on: donor records, websites, email, accounting exports, and backups (the thing everyone skips until they really, really need it).

We don’t sell anything, and we don’t lock anyone into us. The goal is always a setup the ministry owns, understands, and can hand to someone local.

03 · Safe Online

Digital security for people who can’t afford a leak.

Some of our partners serve in places where a stolen phone or a careless group chat puts real people at risk. Safe Online is a practical, jargon-free training we run with teams before and during their service.

Topics include password managers, device encryption, safe messaging, spotting phishing, and what to do the moment something goes wrong. No hoodies or green-text terminals required.

Our budget, in plain numbers.

Our monthly budget of $6,500 is set by our sending agency and covers ministry costs, housing, insurance, and retirement, the unglamorous things that keep a family on the field for the long haul.
